Dyno Testing

Accurate, timely dynamometer testing is an important diagnostic and maintenance tool for diesel engine operators. R. Moore and Sons superior dyno testing unit is designed to cater for engines up to 1140kW (1500 HP), including Caterpillar® and Cummins®, and those used in marine, mining and industrial applications.

Dyno testing service features include:

• Free pick up and delivery of diesel engines up to 3 tonnes in the metro area
• In many cases we offer a 24 hour turnaround
• Automatic electronic data logging generates reports directly from the test cell, expressed digitally and graphically, whilst the engine is under test
• Adjustments can be made to the diesel engine while under test, by R. Moore and Sons personnel, or by the client
• Engine Oil Sampling with results back within 24 hrs.

Our own diesel engines fuel injection facility on our premises ensures that engines are tuned to their exact specifications.
